CATHOLIC PARISH COORDINATOR

Optimal Ventures, LLC is seeking a qualified Catholic Parish Coordinator to provide exceptional services for the 1100 Sunday Catholic Service at Fort Knox, KY. This role includes support for Sunday services, religious education classes, and special masses. As a non-personal service contractor, the coordinator will not be considered a member of the Religious Support Office staff.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the 1100 Sunday Catholic Service, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to liturgical requirements.
• Facilitate religious education classes, including curriculum management and volunteer coordination.
• Plan, organize, and assist with special masses and events as required by the parish.
• Collaborate with the Religious Support Office to ensure all activities align with the needs of the Catholic community at Fort Knox.
• Maintain and update schedules for services, events, and classes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Catholic parish activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Catholic liturgical practices and traditions.
• Proven experience in coordinating religious or parish-related activities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with religious education programs is preferred.
• Must comply with the guidelines and directives of the Fort Knox Religious Support Office.

Additional Details:

• This is a contract position.
• The contractor is not a member of the Religious Support Office staff but will work in collaboration with the office to fulfill the needs of the Catholic community.
